Five teenagers with attitude were recruited into a war against the evil Rita Repulsa by an alien named Zordon, and they were winning. So Rita found herself her very own teen with attitude and through the use of brainwashing created her own soldier, the Green Ranger. With many failures, the Power Rangers were finally able to defeat the Green Ranger and free him from Rita’s control. He then joined the fight against evil, and Tommy became second in command of the team. Providing the extra edge through the use of his Dragon Dagger and Dragon Shield, along with commanding the mighty green Dragon Zord, they were now Evil’s worst enemy. They were the Power Rangers.
